At VeldPet, we work to get your pet products delivered safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after your payment has been successfully received.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the shipping carrier.

5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, VeldPet may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

⚠️ Before publishing: I used 1–3 business days processing and 5–10 business days delivery as a clean starting policy. If ZA Supplier Hub gives you different actual South African delivery times, we should change these numbers to match your supplier rather than promising a faster delivery time.
